Just as a manufacturer will not just create a product without an intent for that product ,that's how we are . Our creator in heaven created us with an intent for us to fulfill and we have a responsiblity to develop and flame the talent that we have been given. Sometimes we think that we do not have many talent or that other people have been blessed more than us. And also sometimes we do not use our talent because we are afraid that we might fail or be critised by others. What we fail to understand is that failure is an inevitable part of life that tailors our curiosity and prepare's us for the best in life. Listed below are few steps in developing our gift. 1) we must discover our talent by evaluating ourselves to discover our strength and passion. 2) we must be willing to spend time and effort to develop it. 3)we must be willing to search for those that have excelled in that feild for them to mentor you.
